I’ve been kind of halfassedly watching the properties in the town I bought my house and the last time I checked, probably a couple weeks ago, all the bargains were snapped up after being on the market for a while. Maybe something changed with the local economy that I don’t know about but it seems that people might be snapping up houses while they can still afford them. Obviously pure speculation on my part as I only pay attention to one smallish city. —edit— Turns out pure baseless speculation and probably a bug in Zillow because the bargain houses are still there.
