I’m particularly interested in what they mean with these:

- LinuxBender 4y agoI am also curious about the liability bit and whether its just a high level talking point or tied to an executive order. The PDF [1] does not really give more context or details. Now I have more questions than answers. Many of the things they mention would require cooperation from most countries or building a great-firewall or potentially requiring all packets to be government authenticated.
