I just can't bring myself to care this much about technology trends. Why spend your day being angry at frameworks? They're all going to die, who cares when? Don't measure your worth as a developer by counting the years you know some framework. Measure your worth in your ability to adapt to trends and learn new things. I'm not saying don't be an expert -- there's plenty of time for that. And then that technology you're an expert in will die and you can do it all over again in another one. If you want a long career, consider this strategy over one where you gatekeep or clutch pearls.
