This article is pretty spot-on. I've recently showed a Javascript React dev what can be achieved with Jupyter/Voilà/Streamlit/Dash and he was totally oblivious to the toolset's existence. Also I think he gulped. Only in the Javascript world do I see such insularity, and also maybe in some Java leftover shops. Is it because learning it all is such a huge investment that you're in full-on Stockholm syndrome?
