Fair enough. At the end everyone will be laid-off because of a "market disruption", by email and without true regrets. Why should any good engineer desire less than working remotely?
- senttoschool 4y agoIt has everything to do with supply and demand. When demand is great, then employees have more power. When supply is great, then management has more power. Right now, management has more power. During the last 11 years or so, employees had more power. If you don't want to get laid off remotely, then don't work remotely. Go into the office. Build connections. Personal connections matter for work.
