Ask HN: Tailscale vs. Twingate?
I was considering Tailscale, but their lack of DNS based routing is a huge turn off. I'm curious to hear from folks who have used Twingate or Tailscale at work which they like better and why?
- jarym 4y agoFor work, Twingate hands-down - the DNS routing as you mentioned is a huge plus in fragmented networks like the ones I frequently work in. Admins seem to like its UI and ability to set policies that are effective without upsetting users like me.

- cscheueuer 4y agoI'm wide open to any recommendation you have. These are just the two products that seem to come up most when I ask people for recommendations.
