- superkuh 4y agoIf a US citizen has a habit of depositing just under $10,000 dollars in their bank account they'll get charged with "structuring" for intentional avoidance of the regulatory rules. These 49% ownerships are the stock equivalent of structuring and should be prosecuted even more heavily.
