I just see what's on my plate, consume it, then move on. Too many just linger on platforms hoping to be more titillated by new info, but this has diminishing returns. There's the initial dopamine rush of reading the latest news, then it devolves into doom-scrolling with no benefits. Treat it like food. Too much, and you have sabotaged yourself.
