Meta wants teens’ nudes to stop them from spreading online. Again
- 31337Logic 4y agoIt's not the photo, just the hash. That being said, what an incredibly stupid idea. Instead of trying to catch nudes in the wild, we (Facebook included) should be teaching our children not to be taking/sharing nude pictures to begin with!
- LinuxBender 4y agoThis seems error prone, handing over nudes to Zuck and team. Instead provide an application that creates meta-data that PhotoDNA could use and let the end-user select only a section of the photo to thumbnail to prove it is them rather than their entire body.
