(Any staffers who can comment, btw? My experience is purely anecdotal).
- mistrial9 4y agoin the USA a political assistant in Federal govt said "the more effort it took to make the letter, the stronger first-impression by staff, therefore, an ordinary email is the lowest impact form of input from the public at the office"
