Here's a spec that barely got a mention at the end of the article: paper is extremely heavy. It's almost 3/4 the density of water! I just moved across town, and I had a terrible time because about half of all my possessions are paper books. This is roughly 35 boxes, and keeping them all is just too expensive. They take up a lot of space, and it's nearly impossible to find what I'm looking for anyway, so after I've read them once, I don't often return to them at all. I've been getting rid of them. The reduction in clutter has been both uplifting and liberating!
