Dark sunglasses, a baseball cap and an N95 mask work better than flashing a huge light on video surveillance and also deterring people to remember a face and doing it this way gives no date and time information. Maybe I'm missing the point since both deter automated face recognition but then you could add to the classifier this huge light source as another thing to recognize.
