One Vimium feature that I use a lot is the "Vomnibar". As a heavy bookmarks user, it lets me easily search for any existing duplicates before bookmarking a page by just pressing 'b'. If I start the search with "/<Space>", it will show the full path to the bookmark folder too!
- submeta 4y agoBeen using Vimium for years, and just learned about searching paths in bookmarks via `/` (hitting `b` or `B`, then `/`). - Thank you very much for sharing.
- john_minsk 4y agoAlways wondered what's this bar doing when accidentally pressing 'b' in the browser:-D Thanks!
- marliechiller 4y agopressing 'o' will achieve the same thing but also allow you to search the internet as if using a google search (or your default search engine)
- senjin 4y agoUsing `T` to search through open tabs is the best
