Unless it's I-35, then they're stuck in traffic for 3 hours. I've seen more road rage in California than anywhere because I lived there for 30+ years. Some dude chased down my mom's car (I was driving) during a forest fire evacuation in order to ram into the back of it for no reason whatsoever. I was weaving trying to get away, dude just had to keep going and plow into a vehicle. I was nearly to a CHP station. Wacko.
