Aren't crazy deadlines and other unreachable goals used to get an official reason to fire unwanted employees?
Basically the Performance Improvement Plan followed by a firing method?
- red-iron-pine 4y agoThey gave her a PIP she couldn't live up to -- and somehow she did. Got fired anyway. The lesson here is that a PIP is a polite way to be shown the door; lead time to look for a new job, essentially.
