Nokia G22 is a good budget phone. The SOC - Tiger 606 has two big and six small CPU cores, while most budget SOCs have eight small cores. Together with 4GB RAM makes for mostly lag free UI. 4GB/64GB is the minimal config to run comfortably recent versions of Android. On top of that it comes with modern design, USB type C port, large battery (can easily last two days of moderate use) and fast charging (20W max).
