- rednerrus 4y agoI have this genotype and if I have a mouthful of coffee at 8 am, I will be able to feel it at 1 AM the following morning.
- Acutulus 4y agoThe enzyme responsible is CYP1A2 if I understand correctly. Here is the paper I found that supports increased risk of a specific cardiac event to slow metabolizers.
