- cperciva 4y agoSure, but what the consultant gets paid is only a fraction of what the consulting company gets paid.
- no1groyp 4y agoAnd then the ‘consulting company’ (your friendly feds) raise your taxes even more than they paid the consultant. The solution isn’t obvious

- enkid 4y agoA consultant's incentives are not the same as a government employee's incentives.
- Schiendelman 4y agoAnd neither of them are aligned with actually moving the most people with good quality service. You only get that from semi private entities like the various Japan Rail.
