Opt out of it / ignore it, if the US can opt out of the Geneva convention then it shouldn't be a big deal to get out of the Bern convention. I'm sure John Yoo

Opt out of it / ignore it, if the US can opt out of the Geneva convention then it shouldn't be a big deal to get out of the Bern convention. I'm sure John Yoo could find something in the Constitution to allow it.
