Email basically is other peoples TODO list for YOU. Product look kinds of cool but the statement that every email needs to be actioned turns me wayyyy off. Email is pretty much the worst productivity tool ever. Mainly because the second you freaking open it you hit the Inbox, which can contain stuff from relatives, spam or assorted marketing messages. Lots of stuff that should never have made it there in the first place. Even if something useful arrives it's so unlikely that it is the number 1 thing you should be working on. But yeah will be interesting to see how they look at it.
