From the specs it’s a good value - 1660 alone is ~$150 used. You probably won’t be able to use latest versions of pytorch because of k40 cuda support, but that’s okay. Make sure you load test it for at least 15-20 min to see how high are the gpu temperatures before parting with your money. Do not buy if you can’t test it - an old system like this can have all sorts of hw problems.
