They really are if you have kids. I basically wouldn't get to see them during those 4 days. Also, 10 hours really is more than I can consistently do. I'm tired

They really are if you have kids. I basically wouldn't get to see them during those 4 days. Also, 10 hours really is more than I can consistently do. I'm tired by the end of an 8 hour day. I can do longer days when necessary, but my productivity is not going to be as high if it's every day.
