From the comments here, I’m amused how ready people are to immediately believe anything written on the internet without question. Does critical thinking go out of the window if it appears on a website?
- vidarh 4y agoThe article links to an official government consultation document from the Home Office. That said, a lot of UK consultation docs never even makes it into parliamentary committees, much less makes it onto the floor even if supported by the majority government, so while people should get involved in the consultation it's a bit early to worry that this has a real shot.
