I looooove fine-quality beans with all kinds of delicate flavor complexity (I don't buy them much because they're expensive, but I love them when I get them). But the ones where "sugar" or sweet-bright berries make there way into the tasting notes, I usually like less than, say, Kirkland-brand beans. Just gross to me.
