- sebzim4500 4y agoWhat a strange comment. If anything, he was implying that the rulers of NK are evil and he didn't even really say that.
- Salgat 4y agoNo, and if anything South Korea is proof of their potential. What's evil is the dictatorship holding back North Koreans.
