Exactly. That's not renting, and co-op owners aren't landlords unless they turn around and rent the unit out.
- anonymouskimmer 4y agoYeah, but it's an ownership alternative for people who are otherwise stuck being long-term renters. And for long-term renters I think ownership is the better alternative in many cases.
