Very annoying to read papers like this. It’s easy to write a paper pointing out that things are wrong. It’s also unhelpful. Do i care about your opinions that this is a bad idea, if predictive optimization is still the best idea we’ve got?
It’s much more useful to create a better alternative and show people how to improve.
