Offering to sell the domain will probably count as evidence that you've registered it in bad faith rather, and make it easier for a trademark owner to win a dispute.
- roxgib 4y agoI would hope that if domain matches your legal name, that should be sufficient evidence that you registered it in good faith. Anyway, I don't think the above poster was suggesting advertising it for sale, just that if someone reached out wanting to buy it that OP should seriously consider the offer.
