I try to reduce things down to binary choices whenever I can - A or B, yes or no. This works for me because i often get stuck in “thinking of all the possibilities” without progressing beyond that. at some point it’s easier for me to pick the worst option and remove it, and repeating that process, rather than choosing the best one from the get go. What do you think? Maybe you’d have better luck eliminating the worst options? you could set time limits for your idea generation time first so you don’t get stuck there either.
