I've had this happen twice to me. Once when I started selling things from a long standing account. Again when I was selling and they just closed it. I got exactly the same lack of explanation each time. T&C's say that I can't open another account but my new accounts have the same address associated with it. Crappy situation when it's your business, although you are allowed to have multiple accounts.
