Because a lot of us usually want our problems solved, not an unhelpful yet cheerful chatbot (or even real person). This is one of the biggest gaps I've seen with any of the new GPT chatbots, sure they are getting better with weaving in FAQ's and natural language to answer questions, but have a hard time actually solving your problem at the point of origin -- mainly because a resource needs to be in place to solve that problem (real person or automation). That's why solutions like auxi.io are worth keeping an eye on.
