While I think this is a fantastic idea to help with the "housing shortage" (hint: not a shortage of housing, a shortage of reasonable rents), I'm wondering how repairs and restructuring would happen. Eventually you'll have to put a hole in a wall, or a very large chunk may need to be moved, etc. Is there a "hole patcher printer" in the works as well? What about when they want an addition, etc. Seems like a market waiting in the wings.
