- shagie 4y agoI'd recommend reading the short story All the Myriad Ways by Niven ( https://archive.org/details/Galaxy_v27n03_1968-10/page/n31/mode/2up?view=theater https://archive.org/details/Galaxy_v27n03_1968-10/page/n31/m... ) and Anathem by Neal Stephenson (which is much longer than a short story).
