I disagree. This says what is actually being done - while that title uses a biased and meaningless marketing term.
- steveklabnik 4y agoIf a municipality truly lost zoning authority, anyone could build anything anywhere they wanted. That isn't the case. One very specific way of bypassing usual zoning codes in certain circumstances is a very different thing, and that specific way has a common name that's broader than just California, even.
