One thing I'm excited about with this is changing the incentives around builds. > Paying by compute time means that the slower your build, the more the vendor profits. This creates a perverse incentive for the CI/CD vendor to never innovate in speed. If a CI/CD tool is meant to deliver productivity gains, then correlating the value to how much less productive you are is the wrong way to go.
