Unilever Tries Reformulating Its Ice Cream to Survive Warmer Freezers
- atlasunshrugged 4y agoThe most interesting part of this for me was, "Unilever owns most of the 3 million chest-like freezers that house its ice-cream tubs and treats in bodegas and corner stores, and the energy used to power them accounts for around 10% of Unilever’s greenhouse gas footprint, according to the London-based firm." Didn't realize that they owned the freezers themselves, I figured they just did the branding and stores owned them!
