How come the quipment can be bought from China that cheaply but China is "bad" at producing its own chips?
- AdamH12113 4y agoBuying equipment is one step in a very long, difficult, and expensive journey towards creating and maintaining a reliable and economical manufacturing process. Having worked in semiconductor process development, I can tell you that the people there do a lot more than "Make power points and fuck around"[1].
