I think the brain drain scenario is highly unlikely. Maybe before the bottom fell out on the stock price and maybe before the latest industry layoffs. But now? Most people will go back to the office.
- x86x87 4y agoHah. People are not goldfish. They will remember and will jumo ship given a better opportunity. One does simply not forget the flexibility WFH brings.
- dhfbshfbu4u3 4y agoI’m 52. I can assure you that most people are indeed goldfish. They may not forget the flexibility, but on a time series chart stability ranks much higher.
