You can focus on punishing people, or you can look at why the mixup happened in the first place.
- s1artibartfast 4y agothe "mixup" happened because someone was an idiot and then started a fire. If I get drunk, drive, and cause property damage, would you feel the same way? People have a responsibility to not drive drunk and not to start forest fires. We can do a 5 whys activity but that doesn't negate the culpability of the individual.
