Agree, I think the US has the best specialists in the world but it is missing a middle layer of primary care physicians that spurred companies like One Medical and Carbon. Having a company like Amazon (hopefully) establishing this middle layer would be great for healthcare in America. Although I do think the Doctor to NP ration should be much lower in these places.
