You have to have a more guarded faith in management than that, but yes, if there are layoffs 3 months after not foreseeing more layoffs management was either lying or incompetent, and it's time to GTFO.
- naijaboiler 4y agoUm no he is right. This is just the start. I have been around the block to know that layoffs rarely are only one rounders. Word of advice, if a company is doing voluntary layoff, and you have decent porosity of finding anther job, jump on it. The first round guys get the best offer. It only gets worse from there
