a 130kt (~the stall speed) wind over the wings would pretty much remove the entire weight of the aircraft.
Okay, lift is proportional to the square of the airspeed, but it's still going to be a huge factor and make it really unreliable
- kqr 4y agoI'd be even more concerned with crosswinds indicating uneven loading length-wise!
