If Jews had same privileges in other countries (eg an ability to make Aliyah to the US, China or India), the very notion of Israel as a special place would become vacuous. I am not sure how you are not seeing it, when it's the most straightforward and simple idea. I didn't say anything about any moral "should"s, I just pointed out a very simple logical necessity.
