If we're in a place where we no longer need to waste 6 figure salaries on administrators and provosts so they can churn out boilerplate by hand, why even hire them in the first place?
- ramraj07 4y agoBecause they hire themselves. There is just no way you can remove middling beauracracy without a full purge of the entire system. Which academia is ripe to have IMO.
