Do you mean the cards themselves are programmable and get rendered on the canvas? What first came to my mind was Obsidian Canvas which was recently discussed on here[1]. It is a feature of the note taking tool Obsidian where you can write code blocks (contained within notes or sections of notes) and drag them around on a canvas.
