There are lots of things Python could've done better that would make it easier to work with...., But the Chief AI Scientist here cares about white space instead... Seriously: Virtualenvs and multiple versions of python are a mess (even with pyenv), packaging and package installation is a mess (why was there ever a need for running setup.py script to figure out dependencies?), dependency management is a mess (pip-tools? poetry? pipenv? why 3 imperfect tools instead of a single perfect one?), deployment is a mess (virtualenvs aren't easily transferrable between machines, docker makes it a bit more palatable)...
