It reminds me of what someone online said about ITIL (and if you haven't had the pleasure, consider yourself lucky): It's like sex in high school. Everyone says they know all about it, everyone says they're really good at it, and everyone says they're doing loads of it all the time. No-one knows much about it. No-one is any good at it. And absolutely no-one is doing any of it, at all.
