  Congrats on the milestone, feels magical, doesn't it? :) One question, though: during peak hours, how do you make sure your clients get the help they need quickly? How big needs a support team need to be for that?

  How are you the author of the post when the Wayback Machine says Brian Jackson authored the post in 2019?
