What does that suggest about the valuation soylent received through this acquisition?

- rjieger 4y agoThe 8-K says an aggregate of up to 165,336,430 restricted shares of Class A common stock. The share price of Starco is currently $0.20 but was closer to $0.10 last year. There are other details in the 8-k but best guess is the deal was valued around $25m.
