Google (and maybe some of the others) does let some employees do a 4-day work week for 80% pay. I’ve met more than one such person, but they are rare.

Google (and maybe some of the others) does let some employees do a 4-day work week for 80% pay. I’ve met more than one such person, but they are rare.
- ed25519FUUU 4y agoIt has to be company wide. If you take 80% and everyone else does 100% you end up missing important meetings or just having to make up the work when you get back.
